Anisha Ghosh brings more than a decade of experience working at the crossroads of children’s rights, poverty and inequality, gender, skilling and livelihoods, and climate change. She has spent significant time building government partnerships and leading advocacy strategies with a clear goal: closing the gap between frontline realities and policy action.

Before joining The Antara Foundation, Anisha held roles across several organisations, most recently as Senior Manager, Government Partnerships & Strategic Alliances at Miracle Foundation India. She has also worked with Save the Children India (now Bal Raksha Bharat), HAQ: Centre for Child Rights, and the Association for Development, contributing to program design, partnership-building, and policy engagement.

Trained in sociology and journalism, Anisha is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Peace & Development Studies at Bahçeşehir University, Istanbul, as part of her Rotary Peace Fellowship.

She has joined TAF as Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, strengthening our ability to mobilise resources and translate on-the-ground insights into sustainable partnerships and policy influence.
