Dr. Sushena Reza-Paul (MBBS, MPH, DrPH) is a global public health physician and a leader in bridging community-led approaches with scientific evidence for scalable public health impact, particularly in SRH and HIV. Sushena is widely recognised for pioneering models that integrate community ownership with strong epidemiological and behavioural evidence, leading to sustained improvements in health outcomes and informing national programme design. Her work spans sexual and reproductive health, HIV, and health systems strengthening, with a strong emphasis on equity and reaching marginalised and hard-to-reach populations over 30 Years. Dr. Reza-Paul has provided strategic and technical support to governments, donors, UN agencies, including WHO and UNAIDS. She currently serves as Chair of the International Steering Committee of the Robert Carr Fund, where she supports global investments in community-led health responses. She holds an MBBS degree in Medicine from PT. J.N.M. Medical College, Raipur, and an MPH and DrPH in Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
